YZ type foundry casting crane is a heavy lifting equipment specially designed for steel smelting workshop, which is mainly used for lifting, transporting, pouring and blending molten iron of high temperature liquid metal and other operations. This series of foundry cranes are mainly designed for 160/32 tons, 180/50 tons, 200/50 tons, 225/65 tons, 240/80 tons, 320/180 tons (T) and other tonnage, and the working class is A7 (heavy duty), which can satisfy the needs of harsh industrial environment.
The YZ Foundry casting crane has been comprehensively upgraded and optimized under harsh conditions such as high temperature, dust, high impact, and corrosion. Multiple safety mechanisms: Equipped with overload protection, double emergency brake, crane switch and travel limit switch.
High load capacity: YZ Foundry Casting crane has high load-bearing capacity and impact resistance.
Electrical safety: Protective earthing and high temperature resistant cables are used to effectively prevent the risk of electric leakage and short circuit.
Thermal Protection: The cockpit is equipped with tempered glass insulation and thermal protection coating on the bottom to provide a safe and comfortable working environment for operators.
High-efficiency power system: The main lifting motor is equipped with a thermal protection device and a medium-rigid reducer, which makes the lifting operation smooth and efficient.
Durable lifting mechanism: Adopting rolling pulley and steel core wire rope, the lifting mechanism operates smoothly, has strong loading capacity and long service life.
Cushioning and shock absorption: Equipped with rubber buffer, effectively absorbing the impact and reducing the wear and tear of the equipment.
