QD double girder overhead crane is a widely applied lifting machinery. It is mainly composed of two main girders, lifting trolley, travelling mechanism and electrical control system. The lifting component of QD overhead crane is a lifting hook. Rails are arranged on the top of the main girder, allowing the lifting trolley to traverse horizontally along the main girder. The main girder is matched with box-type end beams, which are generally designed with a middle joint connected by bolts or pins to facilitate disassembly and transportation of the crane. Customers can choose from three operation modes: ground pendant control, wireless remote control and driver’s cabin operation.

The driver’s cabin is available in open and closed types, equipped with adjustable seats and insulated floor mats, while the window adopts tempered glass. Customized configurations such as air conditioners, audio equipment and intercom systems can be provided to meet user-specific demands.

This crane features a working class ranging from A3 to A7, with standard lifting capacities covering 3 tons to 250 tons. It is designed for loading, unloading and hoisting operations in factories, warehouses and freight yards, suitable for an ambient temperature range of -20°C to 40°C and relative humidity no higher than 85%. It cannot be used in environments filled with flammable, explosive or corrosive gases.
