BNR /BNRT Explosion proof electric hoist is a lightweight, compact lifting equipment, with lightweight, small size, large lifting capacity, designed for the existence of explosive mixtures in the industrial environment. The equipment is developed and manufactured in strict accordance with China's latest explosion-proof standards, using ‘explosion-proof’ explosion-proof structure. The key exposed parts are made of special non-sparking materials; explosion-proof performance is stable and reliable. The product has passed the authoritative test of the Explosion-proof Electrical Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Centre of the Ministry of Machinery Industry, and has obtained the explosion-proof certification.
Explosion-proof electric hoist is widely used in Class I explosion-proof coal mine non-mining area, and Class II explosion-proof environment in the presence of ⅡA, ⅡB, ⅡC combustible gases or vapour and air mixtures of the place, the temperature group covers the T1-T4 level. The working environment temperature ranges from -25℃ to 40℃, and it is mainly suitable for indoor operation; if it is used outdoors, it needs to be equipped with additional protective devices to ensure safe operation.
An explosion-proof electric hoist is designed for the environment where explosive hazards exist and is suitable for the following places:
Coal mine environment: for non-mining working face area of Class I explosion-proof coal mines.
Chemical industry: for Class II explosion-proof places where Class IIA, IIB, IIC flammable gases or mixtures of vapour and air exist.
Oil and gas: suitable for areas where flammable gases or liquids are handled, with temperature groups covering classes T1-T4.
Dust environment: suitable for places where flammable dust exists, such as grain processing, wood processing, etc.
Explosion-proof shell: A Specialised shell design is used to effectively limit potential explosions to the inside, preventing sparks or flames from escaping and improving safety.
Spark-resistant materials: Key components (such as motors, wiring, switches) are made of spark-resistant materials, reducing the risk of igniting flammable substances.
Sealing structure: The overall sealing design blocks the entry of flammable gases, vapours or dust, reducing the possibility of ignition.
Corrosion resistance: Special coating or material to resist chemical erosion, can operate stably for a long time in corrosive environments.
Efficient Heat Dissipation: Optimised heat dissipation design avoids potential safety hazards caused by high temperatures.
Flexible application: Suitable for a variety of explosion-proof classes, widely used in the chemical industry, coal mines and other high-risk places.
